You cannot close your adsense account/Payment profile right from your adsense dashboard,for doing this you have to follow the few steps.

Step 1-

Login to your Google account and click manage account.

Step 2-

Click payment and subscription.

Step 3-

Click manage payment method.

Step 4-

Click Settings.

Step 5-

This is your adsense payment profile scroll and the page and look for the option to remove the profile or adsense accoun permanentl.

After scrolling down you will get this option closing payments profile and click close.

Click continue.
