A sitemap referred to call as an XML sitemap. It’s basically an ” XML file ” which keeps all your Site URL just like an Archives of your website which keeps all the site info URL and details.

It is really important for your site to have a sitemap. If you don’t have a sitemap then it will be difficult to rank your website on Google. Because sitemap is really important for SEO and we do SEO to rank our website. When you will have no sitemap on your website, search engine crawlers will not be able to crawl your website.
As I mentioned above sitemap keeps all your site URL. When crawlers enter into your website they can easily read your site Data through URL and these will be saved in an XLM file which is Sitemap. Crawlers really like the sitemap to index your site URL in the search engines. Without this, you won’t be able to get good rankings.

XML Sitemap in Yoast
we will find out how XML sitemap working on our website from where you can check your sitemap.
The first thing you need to do is to click the General Settings of your Yoast Plugins.
Then you will see the page like this. Have a look below
click on features tab then you will find a different options scroll down and find out ” XML sitemaps ”
When you find this option checkout is its On or off. if off then turns it on.then click over ” ? ” mark. under this, you will find another like ” see the XML sitemaps ” after clicking this you can view your website Sitemap.
After click over there, you will see the page like this. This is your website sitemap. These are the pages URL of your website. We are Done with the sitemap.
If you don’t like this method then you can create your sitemap on “sitemap generator” Its a website and it creates a sitemap for your website.
